Who do I go to if I have a question about client payment?
Start with the Partner on the engagement.
How do I submit my invoice?
You do not need to submit an invoice. This will be completed for you once your hours are submitted in QuickBooks.
What is the invoice schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)?
Hours are due on the 2nd and 16th of each month. Invoices are typically submitted monthly unless otherwise specified in your engagement agreement.
When are invoices paid after submission?
Invoices are paid once the client has submitted payment.
Who do I contact if a payment is late or missing?
Contact Accounting or your engagement manager for payment inquiries.
How do I log my hours in QuickBooks?
Each division may have different requirements. Please work with your engagement manager for specific instructions.
What level of detail is expected in time entries?
Time entries should include clear descriptions of the work performed, sufficient for client billing and internal tracking.
How do I get staffed on additional engagements?
Notify your engagement manager or partner contact of your availability and interest in additional work. Be sure your capacity and skills are up to date.
Should I reach out directly to partners or go through a manager?
Start with your engagement manager or staffing contact, who will align opportunities with availability.
How is availability communicated?
Consultants should proactively communicate availability to their engagement manager or staffing contact.
What happens if my engagement ends?
You will return to the available consultant pool and may be staffed on new engagements based on client needs and availability.
Who is my primary point of contact for operational questions?
Your engagement manager or practice operations contact.
Who do I contact for client concerns or scope changes?
Notify your engagement partner or manager immediately to address scope or client issues.
Where do I go for onboarding/training materials?
Onboarding materials are available through the Ampleo onboarding portal (ConveYour) or the operations team.
Where do I submit system access requests?
Submit requests through the IT helpdesk or internal ticketing system.
What training resources are available?
Training materials are available through Amplēo's learning portal (ConveYour).
What is the expected response time for internal emails?
Employees are expected to respond to emails within 24 hours on weekdays. Emails received on weekends should be addressed by the next business day.
What meetings are required vs. optional?
Required meetings include client meetings, team meetings, and mandatory internal updates. Optional meetings will be clearly marked as optional.
What are core working hours or availability expectations?
Employees should maintain availability during standard business hours aligned with client needs, unless otherwise arranged with their manager.
When should I escalate a client issue?
Escalate immediately if an issue impacts client satisfaction, scope, timeline, or billing.
What is the preferred communication channel (Slack vs. email vs. meeting)?
Slack or Teams: Quick internal communication
Email: Formal communication and documentation
Meetings: Complex or client-facing discussions
When are my pay days?
Employees are paid on a semi-monthly payroll schedule, 5th and 20th of each month.
Should a pay day land on a holiday or weekend, employees are paid the business day prior.
How do I sign up for benefits?
Benefits enrollment occurs during onboarding (first 30 days of employment) or open enrollment through the benefits portal within Rippling.
