Paige brings a rare combination of CHRO and COO experience, with a career built on helping companies scale the right way. She spent a decade as HR Director and then COO at Dowbuilt, growing the company from $30M to over $300M in revenue, expanding into 19 states, and building the people infrastructure to support 500+ employees nationally.
That background is exactly what our clients are looking for. Paige understands what it takes to build HR that supports real growth, not just in theory but from having done it herself. We're excited to have her bringing that perspective to the businesses we serve.
